3. The data we collect and why

• High scores. Your high scores and the date & time they were achieved are stored locally on your device. They are not transmitted to us.
• Leaderboard and achievement data (Google Play Games). If you sign in to Google Play Games, your scores and achievement progress are shared with Google to power leaderboards and achievements. This is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Crash reports and diagnostics (opt-in). If you opt in, we collect information about app crashes and performance, including device make, model, Android version, app version, and error logs. This data is not shared with any third parties.
• Advertising identifier (free version). The free version of the app uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier and other information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device's Google settings. This is subject to Google's Advertising Privacy Policy.

4. The source of data

All data is collected from the device the app is installed on during use.

5. Retention of data

High scores are stored locally on your device.

Collected crash reports and diagnostics are retained for 30 days or less.

Data collected by Google (AdMob and Google Play Games) is retained according to Google's own data retention policies.

6. Legal basis for data collection

We collect data to provide the app to you as part of your agreement and consent. You can choose to uninstall the app or revoke individual consents (such as crash reporting opt-in or personalized ads) at any time.

We do not use your data for automatic decision making or profiling.

7. Disclosure of data to third parties

Your high scores are stored locally and never leave your device.

Crash reports are stored confidentially, processed for product development & improvement use only, and never disclosed to other parties.

If you use Google Play Games, your leaderboard and achievement data is shared with Google and the Play Games social network. You may read Google's Privacy Policy here.

The free version of the app includes ads provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect and process data in connection with ad delivery. You may read Google's Advertising Privacy Policy here.

8. Disclosure of data outside the EU & EEA

Your locally stored high scores never leave your device.

Crash reporting data is stored on EU infrastructure.

Google (AdMob and Google Play Games) may process data outside the EU and EEA. Google relies on standard contractual clauses and other approved transfer mechanisms to safeguard such transfers. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

9. Protection of data

Crash report data is transmitted and stored securely using industry standard practices. To further protect your device, install the latest available operating system and app updates, and set a strong lock screen PIN or passphrase.

10. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by contacting us at contact@rojekti.fi.

If you are not satisfied, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman or equivalent local authority.
