Clipper 1.2.2 is out, and more!
Hello, and welcome to the first edition of the Clipper and/or rojekti newsletter! Because you have subscribed to this letter while installing Clipper, you will receive these messages (almost) every time we release an update, or if we have something important to tell you. But let's get right to the point!
So, first off: we've just pushed Clipper 1.2.2 to the Android Market, with these new exciting features that will surely make you go and download it right away:
- Many people wanted us to make the font size in the viewer adjustable. So we did it, but we forgot something: the main list. The good news are that the same preference will now adjust the font size in the viewer and the list!
- Some people had some problems with Clipper crashing and burning and sometimes imploding when trying to import their data, so we've fixed that!
- And last but not least, we realized that you might not want Clipper to log passwords or nuclear launch codes automatically, so we've added a new feature called "Ask before saving". If you visit the Preferences page and enable it, all clippings will have to be "approved" by you first: when you copy something, a notification will show up asking if you want it to be stored. This feature is available to Plus users only.
So, open up the Market and download the new update! Oh, and if you haven't bought Clipper Plus yet, you should really consider it: for the low price of 0.99 euros*, you can get many exciting features, including the aforementioned "ask before saving" mode!
* While supplies last.
We're just getting started with developing Clipper further, and we're constantly thinking of new stuff to add. And now that we have a small mailing list, I thought to myself: why not ask our users what they want? So that's exactly what I decided to do. So if you have the time, please spare a few minutes of your day to fill the following survey, which is completely anonymous:
